Fiction Writer. Professor, with Tenure. Anticipated start date Fall 2018. The Creative Writing Program at Princeton University invites applications from established fiction writers whose body of work has earned national and international recognition. Responsibilities include teaching beginning and advanced undergraduate fiction workshops, directing undergraduate senior theses on a weekly tutorial basis, and participating in the life of an active undergraduate creative writing program housed within a thriving center for the creative and performing arts.
Essential Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have published several highly regarded works of fiction, possess a demonstrated dedication to teaching undergraduates, and a willingness to serve as an active member of an undergraduate-centered arts community. Preferred Qualifications:
We are especially interested in fiction writers with experience in the genres of memoir/autobiography, creative non-fiction, and/or screenwriting.
