Title: Assistant Professor (Modern World Literature/Rhetoric Composition)
Position Number: 19517 (Faculty)
Contract Period: Nine (9) Months
Location: College of Social Sciences, Arts and Humanities (English & Modern Languages)

Minimum Qualifications: Ph.D. in English or related field with concentration in modern world literatures and/or rhetoric/composition. Excellent teaching record and evidence of publication preferred. Successful candidate will teach a variety of courses at all levels and pursue active program of publication.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have:
· Ability to teach four (4) courses within prescribed curriculum;
· Ability to compile, administer and grade essays, examinations and assignments; and
· Ability to participate in department, college or university committees.
